Amidst a global stagnation in the real estate investment market, investment from foreign countries into Japan has been increasing due to a weak yen and low interest rates.
Against the backdrop of this favorable market environment, demand for office buildings and hotels from overseas investors is expected to continue growing in the future.
At the same time, significant societal changes are occurring in Japan, primarily driven by shifts in population demographics.
In response to these significant environmental changes, our real estate brokerage services will actively engage not only with individual and corporate clients but also with foreign clients.
Furthermore, in our real estate consulting business, we will develop proposal services aimed at enhancing the value of our clients’ valuable assets, in order to meet their diverse needs.
